Who we are

I’m Orrathai (but my friends call me Aoy or Oy), originally from Thailand and now based in Sydney. Cooking has always been a big part of my life: it’s how I stay connected to my roots and share the flavours and traditions I grew up with.

My mother taught me the art of traditional Thai cooking, and over time I’ve made it my own: blending those classic techniques with the fresh, local ingredients and influences I’ve discovered here in Australia. The result is a Thai fusion style that blends family recipes with modern, vibrant flavours.

From spicy curries and crisp salads to sweet, fragrant desserts, my food is all about balance - sweet, sour, salty and spicy working together in harmony.

I’m passionate about keeping Thai food culture alive and sharing it with others. Through cooking classes and home-style dishes made with care, my goal is simple: to bring a true taste of Thailand to every table.
